Meet Up // Q &A with Musician and Activist, Dyvr

It looks like you are all enjoying our monthly virtual meetups! Here’s a new date for your diary.

Join us on December 9th at 8pm our monthly virtual meetup. This time our special guest will be musical artist / LGBTQ activist, DYVR.

Originally from London, Dyvr has been based in Belfast and has been working to open up safe spaces to LGBTQ musicians.

He runs ‘Queer Story Time’ online which allows people to tell their own Queer story. This platform has also initiated healing family rifts for some of its participants.

Meet Up // Q&A with Irish Film Director, Seán McCormack

Following on from the success of our AGM and Q&A with Riyadh Khalaf, we are delighted to continue our online meet ups. It was great to virtually meet so many new people and we’re delighted with the feedback we got from the group. Thank you for coming along.

Our next online meet up and chat will take place on November 10th. We are delighted to bring you a Q&A with Irish LGBT Film Director, Seán McCormack. His film, Two by Two Overboard has hit No1 in the UK box office.

Honour Code // Membership Fees

As part of our voting system at our AGM, it was previously recommended that all Irish groups and societies have a minimal membership fee.

Obviously as our AGM tonight will be a virtual one, it’s kinda hard to be able to get a pound coin from people.

So, we’ve decided to go with an ‘Honour Code’ system. We’ll leave the link here for you to pay £1 membership.
