Join us for our monthly online event on April 28th at 8pm as we are introduced to the art of London based Irish artist, Yvonne Devine.
Yvonne will guide us through her studio and her work process and will talk through some of her pieces. Yvonne will also reveal the process, inspiration and concepts between her work, which also include LGBTQ focused pieces.
A little bit of blurb:
Yvonne Devine is a self-employed Irish artist currently based in London, UK. She has had a 25 year retail career working for designermakers in Ireland and the UK.
With qualifications in Conceptual Sculpture, Interior Design and Marketing recurring themes in Yvonne’s work centre around place, relationships, personal growth, social commentary and nature. She depicts her inner and outer world in a variety of media : acrylic/oil paint, pastels, pen and ink, watercolour and charcoal liking the diversity of the artistic process in leading to a finished artwork.
Yvonne has shown and sold her work in independent galleries in southeast London and in the Urban Brixton Art Fair 2019/20.
Yvonne is quickly finding a growing audience for her work.
