Election of the officers and committee will take place in the order indicated above.
Only members in full standing will be eligible to stand for any position on the committee or to nominate or vote for candidates. To be in full standing, members should have their annual membership paid by 19 October 2026. Payment can be made to the Paypal account in the usual way. Candidates for any position must be nominated and seconded by eligible members.
